Tad Pospisil collects fourth win of the season in East Moline

Taking part in the Hoker Trucking Series tripleheader weekend, Tad Pospisil made the trek to Davenport Speedway (Davenport, Iowa) on Friday night to pilot his Window World No. 04 Late Model entry. Passing four cars in his heat race to finish third, Pospisil locked into the eighth-starting position for the opening night feature. The following night, Tad laid down the third fastest time overall in a field of 31 cars before gaining four spots in his heat race to place second behind Charlie McKenna. With $5,000 on the line in the feature, Pospisil faded four spots in the 40-lap affair to register a 10th place outing.

On Sunday afternoon at the Bullring at RICo Fairgrounds (East Moline, Ill.), Pospisil locked his spot into the main event with an 8-lap heat race victory. Blasting ahead of Jeff Tharp for the lead on the 11th lap, Tad dominated the remaining distance of the 40-lapper to capture his fourth win of the season and a $5,000 payday. Tharp, Darrel DeFrance, Andrew Kosiski, and Matt Ryan rounded out the Top-5 finishers.
