Fifth-place finish in Malvern Bank stop at Shelby County

After Friday night’s event at I-80 Speedway (Greenwood, Neb.) fell victim to Mother Nature, Tad Pospisil traveled to Shelby County Speedway (Harlan, Iowa) on Saturday afternoon for the Malvern Bank Series sanctioned event. With a third-place finish in his heat race placing him fourth on the starting grid for the $2,000-to-win A-Main, Pospisil held his spot for all 25 laps to finish fourth. He trailed Todd Cooney, Charlie McKenna, and Bill Leighton Jr. to the checkers with Brian Kosiski coming in fifth.
