Pospisil notches eighth-place finish in Malvern Bank stop at Webster City

Taking part in the mid-week event, Tad Pospisil invaded I-80 Speedway (Greenwood, Neb.) on Tuesday evening for the Tuesday Tickler. In a field of 34 Lucas Oil Midwest LateModel Racing Association (MLRA) entries, Tad locked his spot into the $5,000-to-win A-Main with a third-place finish in his heat. Starting in 10th, Pospisil improved three spots in the 35-lapper to place seventh.

Returning to action on Saturday, Pospisil invaded Hamilton County Speedway (Webster City, Iowa) for the Malvern Bank Series-sanctioned program. After topping the speed charts in time trials, Tad posted a sixth-place finish in his heat, which positioned him 14th on the starting grid for the main event. With $3,000 on the line, Pospisil improved six spots to register an eighth-place finish.
