Tad Pospisil dominates Dave Garmann Memorial for $4,000 victory at Dodge City

Losing night one to Mother Nature, Tad Pospisil unloaded his SIGNOR Trucking No. 04 machine at Dodge City (Kan.) Raceway Park to compete with the High Plains Late Model Series.

With 38 Late Models packed in the pit area on Friday, Pospisil qualified 10th-quickest and charged from fifth-to-second in his heat race. Starting on the pole and leading the first three laps, Pospisil gave up the top spot and ran runner-up to Josh Leonard in the 25-lapper.

For Saturday's finale, Pospisil earned the pole position for the 30-lap main event after winning the dash. Quickly jumping out to an early lead, Pospisil dominated the Dave Garmann Memorial and took home a $4,000 payday. He topped Brandon Conkwright and Delbert Smith for his second victory of the season.
