Tad Pospisil grabs $3,000 Malvern Bank victory with dramatic last lap pass at Lakeside Speedway

For another one-day weekend with the series, Tad Pospisil rolled into Lakeside Speedway (Kansas City, Kan.) on Friday afternoon for a $3,000-to-win event with the Malvern Bank West Series.

Pospisil qualified sixth-quickest in his group before storming from fifth-to-first in his heat race to earn a front-row starting spot for the A-Main. Leading the first 15-laps, Pospisil battled with Bill Leighton Jr. in the closing laps and retook the top spot on the final lap to secure the $3,000 victory.

Pospisil is currently second in the point standings.
